Typical indoor exercises
My companion
My typical indoor exercises consists of the following:
30 jumping jacks
50 crunches
20 squats
10 push ups (still find this difficult)
30 high knees
300 rope skips
30 arm curls with my dumbbells
These are exercises that can be done without any fancy equipment
