Wow
it is JUNE already! Six months to the end of the year! I
am very excited and at the same time nervous because we are already in June.
The reason being that this is the fifth (5) month that I started my journey and
if you can remember, I gave myself five months to drop at least 44 pounds
(20kg) and so I’ll be doing my “final” weigh in around the middle of the month.
I
am actually seeing fantastic results generally though am still having some challenges with my abs. The abs needs to start firming up and so I guess I’ll
probably be doing more of targeted exercises now.

Meanwhile,
I did my today’s exercise in two phases:
- Running- 10km, for the first phase
- The June challenge for the second phase. (See the June Monthly Challenge page)
