A little gain around the waistline...results of a relapse

Getting ready to go
I have had quite a lot going on for me this past week and in a way, used it as an excuse to have one cheat day too many. Your guess is as good as mine. Gained some inches on my waistline. Not funny at all!

Had to pull myself back on track( as it is so easy to fall back on one's old lifestyle with the slightest slip) and so no more excuses.

Did some stretches, running(12km) this morning and did some strength training exercises with weights.
