Keep Fit Thursday: week 2
Happy new month guys! Hope all your plans for the year have been going according to plans. If they haven't never give up hope, just keep giving your best at all you do and in no time you'll definitely be all smiles.
It’s yet another Thursday and hence our keep fit Thursday workout (at home) challenge segment dedicated specially to the very busy ones that can’t make out time to go to the gym or do proper workouts.
Our work out challenge for today:
Stretches: jogging on the spot (10mins) to wake the body up
Jumping jacks: 25 reps x 3 sets
Squats: 25reps x 3 sets
Kickboxing: 15repsx 3sets
Planks: 15 reps x 3
Cool down: stretches
Always remember to breathe while exercising and try as much as possible to take more of the stairs today and take walks (where you can) instead of driving to your destination. Walking helps you maintain a healthy weight, improve your endurance, flexibility and is also great for the environment especially as we strive to GO GREEN.
