Keep Fit Thursday: week 5
Try challenging yourself today especially if you are now quite comfortable with your exercise routine. Increase your workout intensity and add a new exercise.
We’ll
be doing the following workouts today:
Warm
up: Stretches
Then:
Lunges:
20reps x 3
Biceps
curl: 20reps x 3
Triceps
dip: 20reps x 3
Standing
twists: 20reps x3
Jumping
jacks: 20reps x 3
Cool
down: Stretches
As
always, make conscious effort to eat healthy and control your portions. Also
remember to take the stairs as often as you can as well as to take walks.
