September Challenge: Enhancing your Core with BodyWeight Exercises

Hello guys!
September is just around the corner and so i felt it would be wise to post the Month's challenge early enough so as to prep our minds to what we would be incorporating in our routine.

For september, we'll be all about firming up our core as well as enhancing our posture. Afterall, who wouldn't want to look super hot this coming festive period?

For our challenge, we'll be incorporating  BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES: planks, lunges, squats, v-curl,burpees etc, at least three(3) times a week to our regular workout. You'll be stunned as to the results you'll get if you do yours right.

Please as always, we'll be happy to get feedbacks from you as per your progress or otherwise with your workouts.
