Keep Fit Thursday- week 3

Today we’ll be all about squats, push-ups, burpees and sit-ups.

Here we go:

Warm up: jumping jacks 15reps x3

Squats: 30reps x 3
Push-ups: 10reps x 3
Burpees:  10reps x 3

Cool down: stretches
You can use weights while doing your squats for more resistance. If you do not have dumb-bells, substitute with water bottles filled with water. (This is very optional)

Remember to listen to your body as you workout and stop when you start getting uncomfortable. Drink lots of water as always, take the stairs and eat plenty of veggies.
