More intense exercises today


I resolved yesterday to intensify my exercises so as to shock the body into losing its stored fat. Today, I did the following:
 
Back from my 12 km run - sweaty! 
  • Running – 12km
  • Abs mega crunch – 3 x 30
  • CrissCross – 3 x 30
  • Pushups – 3 x 10
  • Side pushups 3 x 10
  • Squats – 3 x 15
  • Ball twist – 3 x 30


It was intense but satisfying.
My breakfast

  • For my breakfast I had  
  • Fried eggs mixed with veggies
  • 1 lightly toasted bread
  • 1 cup of 0% fat milk
  • Some slices of watermelon
