Progress update – 15 weeks into my journey – reviewing my set goals

Hips: 40 Inches (102cm)

Thigh: 24
Inches (62cm)
My target was to lose 20kg (44 pounds) in five (5) months.
How far have I come from the day, and am I close to reaching my goal?

My current weight- 69.4kg (153 pounds) |
I
have just about 4.5kg ( 9.9 pounds) to attain my target weight and about 6 weeks to achieve
that. I need to intensify my efforts at running and diet control.
My current statistics are -

Bust: 36 Inches (92cm)
•
Waist: 33 Inches (84cm)
•
Hips: 37 Inches (95cm)
•
Thigh: 22
Inches (56cm)
My
exercises today consisted of:
- Running – extended my distance to 8km. Feel so good.
- Abdominal crunches
- Stretches
- Jumping jacks
- Squats
For
breakfast, I had a glass of pineapple and banana smoothie
