Progress update – 15 weeks into my journey – reviewing my set goals
My statistics were -
• Arm: 13.5 Inches (35cm)
• Bust: 40 Inches (102cm)
• Waist: 41 Inches (104cm)
• Hips: 40 Inches (102cm)
• Thigh: 24 Inches (62cm)
My target was to lose 20kg (44 pounds) in five (5) months.
How far have I come from the day, and am I close to reaching my goal?
Now wait for it – my weight today is
|My current weight- 69.4kg (153 pounds)|
I have just about 4.5kg ( 9.9 pounds) to attain my target weight and about 6 weeks to achieve that. I need to intensify my efforts at running and diet control.
My current statistics are -
• Arm: 12 Inches (31cm)
• Bust: 36 Inches (92cm)
• Waist: 33 Inches (84cm)
• Hips: 37 Inches (95cm)
• Thigh: 22 Inches (56cm)
My exercises today consisted of:
- Running – extended my distance to 8km. Feel so good.
- Abdominal crunches
- Jumping jacks
For breakfast, I had a glass of pineapple and banana smoothie
