Have a busy schedule to exercise? How to squeeze in some exercise time into that schedule

to work and throughout the day you have a hectic one, only to get back at home
tired; you either prepare dinner, eat and then crawl into bed only to realize
that hey, an exercise day is gone!
These
are tips you can use to get some exercises even during your busy schedule:
- You really do not have to go to the gym to get a good workout – you can do that at home even while preparing breakfast
- Plan into your busy schedule at least 20 minutes for some fast calorie burning exercise
- During lunch at work, instead of driving out for lunch, you can walk to get your lunch
- You can also divide your lunch time into two: part for lunch and the other for walking around your work place after lunch
- If your office is located at a floor above the ground level, instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs
- Stand up and stretch yourself once in a while - too much sitting down is also an unhealthy habit
- If you drive to work, park your car where possible a little away from your immediate office building so you can get some walking exercises to and fro your office
- Deliver your memo yourself instead of using the interoffice mail delivery system
- You may decide to get up earlier to get a brisk 30 minutes walk before the day starts getting busy – remember not to miss on your precious sleep as this also aids weight loss
