My Saturday workout
I
love my Saturdays – no pressure to wake up very early. It affords me that opportunity
of lazing on the bed for about 1 hour after waking up.
Gradually, I get into the thick of things by doing some household chores. Since time had already advanced by the time I finished, I did some indoor stretches. Then had a good breakfast.

Around
noon, I took my son to the neighbourhood park
so he could also play and catch
some fun and exercise at the same time. While he was doing that, I engaged myself
with skipping the rope and still engaged in more stretches.
That
is my Saturday workout today.
