My 10 best fat burning foods

These are my selected 10 best fat burning foods.
Fish – It contains a lot of lean protein and aids in building fat burning muscles. It also contains Omega-3, and especially the oily types of fish like Mackerel
Nuts – This is a good source of protein especially for vegetarians and even those that cannot afford to eat fish.
Beans – This is also a rich source of protein for vegans and those that cannot afford meat or fish. It is equally high in fiber and relatively cheap
Eggs – You may be shocked to know that eggs are good for burning fat.
Broccoli – This particular vegetable does not look appealing to most people. In fact, my son doesn’t eve like the sight of it when he is eating. However, being packed with a lot of vitamin C, it is a great food for overall health and weight loss, as it doesn't add any weight no matter how much of it you eat.
Yam – Not only is this very delicious and mostly available in West Africa, the Caribbean and some parts of Asia, it is full of fiber
Brown Rice – Go for this variety instead of white as a source of dietary fiber
Watermelon – It is delicious and because of its mostly water content, it doesn’t add weight on you, but it still leaves you with a feeling of being full
Sweet Potatoes – same dietary content as in yam
White potatoes/Irish potatoes – same dietary content as in yam
With a combination of the above, you cannot go wrong. Remember however to do everything in moderation.
