Recipe for vegetable smoothies

tried this combination and it came out great and tasted even better. So, I felt
I should share – it is also very refreshing and a way of getting the nutrients
from your veggies
*Ingredients:
·
Carrots
– 1 medium size (Cleaned and cut into bite sizes)
·
Broccoli
florets – I medium size
·
Celery
stick – I (cut into bite size)
·
Green
pepper – 1 (de seeded)
·
Cabbage
·
Honey
– 1 tbs
·
Ice
cubes – 6
·
Low
fat yoghurt – 78g
Blending the mix |
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- If it is too thick, add little water
- Pour into a glass and serve
Ready to serve |
*You
can also try out your own mix of veggies and substitute any if you like
