3 Months from the journey: Increased output

At 12 weeks down to 73.2 kg (161.3 pounds)

I surprised myself on April 15 2013 – how can I forget that day! It was exactly the 12th week of my journey. From my baby steps, I ran a total of 5km in less time than I used in covering shorter distances. The energy level has increased for sure and it is also reflecting in the way I look and also on the scale.



Looking forward to doing longer distances and improving on my pace – Half Marathon in my sights someday! lol
