Physical changes starting to pop out


A more confident me

At 10 weeks of my journey, I started noticing that my features were changing. I grabbed my measuring tape and got the following statistics:

  • Arm – 12 inches (31 cm)
  • Bust – 36.5 inches (93 cm)
  • Waist – 36 inches (92 cm)
  • Hips – 37.5 inches (96 cm)
  • Thigh – 23 inches (59.5 cm)
Weight: 
Weight down by 8.1 Kg (17.8 pounds)

My dresses were also getting loose. A look in the mirror told me a positive story. My husband kept on encouraging me that the weight was rapidly dropping.

My greatest confirmation came when a friend that hadn’t see me for about 3 months saw me and screamed at how transformed I was. That really made the journey worthwhile!
