More weight off the scale


Down to 80Kg (176 Pounds)

After the 1st month of my journey, I was seeing more results. The weight keeps going down…wao! The magic seems to be working. I cannot remember having lost so much in just one month. It is definitely worth the sacrifice! I noticed the following:
·      Felt lighter and more agile
·      Though I really couldn’t see the physical transformation when I look in the mirror, but my clothes were beginning to feel oversize
·      Felt more confident during my exercises
·      Seriously started to watch my calorie intake
At 84.9Kg




At 80Kg
