The Winter Intensifies

The weather in Japan can be extreme sometimes. While the winter in northern parts of Japan are more extreme, notching up snow of more than 2 - 4 meters, Tokyo is milder. However, for an African, it would still be extreme. In order not to miss an exercise day because of the wintry weather, I did the following:

• Bought a skipping rope; and 
• Acquired dumbbells. 

With these, I could still exercise indoors when the weather was very bad
