Typical indoor exercises

My companion

My typical indoor exercises consists of the following: 
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 50 crunches
  • 20 squats
  • 10 push ups (still find this difficult)
  • 30 high knees
  •  300 rope skips
  • 30 arm curls with my dumbbells

 These are exercises that can be done without any fancy equipment
