After 8 weeks of my journey, I was settling into a nice routine with more confidence. I was already doing 4 km run, though I was still battling sometimes with food cravings: you know that yummy kind of food. Then my right knee started hurting. The pains were so intense that I couldn’t run, but thank God, I could still walk effectively even though it hurts a little.
This slowed me down and almost got me depressed. However, I increased my indoor exercises and further reduced my food portions to compensate for not running. All hopes are not lost!
