Breakfast today!
Felt
like eating a little Indian today. Many may think this will be stuffed with
calories because of the spicy nature associated with Indian foods. I went instead
for a low calorie breakfast –
- Whole wheat chapatti – a kind of flat bread, but low in calories
- Mixed vegetable curry
- A cup of green tea
- Banana
It
was yummy while at the same time satisfying my cravings for good food!
