Breakfast today!

Felt like eating a little Indian today. Many may think this will be stuffed with calories because of the spicy nature associated with Indian foods. I went instead for a low calorie breakfast –

  • Whole wheat chapatti – a kind of flat bread, but low in calories
  • Mixed vegetable curry
  • A cup of green tea
  • Banana

It was yummy while at the same time satisfying my cravings for good food!
