Starting is not always easy! With motivation and focus, you can achieve it!
  • I took a 30 mins walk.  Had to start from somewhere; told myself I didn’t need more excuses, even though it was in the thick of winter. Felt quite exhausted afterwards but it was definitely a thumbs up for me.
One of those snowy days!

  • For my meals, I resolved to cut down on sweet stuff; removed chocolates and soda (I was almost addicted to both), reduced my food portions and added more of fruits, veggies and seafood to my diet.
