Cravings for chocolates and sweets and how to beat them

I
was addicted to sweets (chocolates, sodas, etc.). As I began my journey I knew
I would have to give them up if I have to succeed; but it wasn’t going to be
easy. I just had to! These are my ways of beating the cravings:
- I
stopped buying chocolates and sweets
- I
stopped buying sodas – coca colas etc.
- I
instead bought more fruits – apples, strawberries, kiwis
- Because
the cravings always come at odd times, I always have slices of fruits in
the fridge that I can nibble on when I crave for sweets
Try
these and you will be surprised how you can beat those cravings. You may also allow yourself a piece of chocolate on Sunday to satisfy your body.
