Keep Fit Thursday

I felt it would be great having a day dedicated to posting workout challenges that we can do without leaving the house, especially for those that have very busy schedule.

Our work out challenge for today:
  • Stretches:  jogging on the spot (10mins) to wake the body up
  • Jumping jacks: 20 reps x 3 sets
  • Squats: 20reps x 3 sets
  • Planks: 10 reps x 3
  • Cool down: stretches
Always remember to breathe while exercising and try as much as possible to take more of the stairs today and take walks (where you can) instead of driving to your destination. Walking helps you maintain a healthy weight, improve your endurance, flexibility and is also great for the environment especially as we strive to GO GREEN.
