In trying to lose weight, your believe in your capability is the starting point! If you don’t believe that you can, then the journey will never start. Look at other’s success stories and get motivated!

Self-confidence and weight loss are interrelated; your confidence will lead to weight loss, and your weight loss boosts your self-confidence. But always remember that success will not be achieved overnight; just as weight gain did not accumulate overnight, so will losing it not happen overnight. You must however start now to achieve your desired goal!
