Quick Tip for Tighter Tummy: Tuck it in
Today I told myself that I must make a conscious effort to tuck my tummy in always. As easy as this might sound, it is not because even if you remember to tuck in, within minutes you tend to forget yourself and let the Abs loose again. This takes a lot of practise for it to become a subconscious action on our part, but like always I believe we definitely have to start from somewhere and keep trying.
You know how graceful and elegant enhancers/shapers make you look and feel (even though you are uncomfortable most of the time): your posture is enhanced, you seem taller as your spine is straightened out and you have an elegant poise; in fact, yourself image is boosted. This however is transient as you revert back to your original self once you pull off.
With tummy tucks however, you are aiming to achieve the look on a more permanent basis as it not only enhances your appearance, your abs become firmer and you know what that translates into, a slimmer waistline.
Remember that by tummy tucks here I mean, pulling/drawing in your abdominal muscles especially while you are walking, sitting or even standing. Also ensure to maintain a healthy lifestyle for more obvious results.
