Breakfast for weightloss
Oats, egg and yoghurt |
Kick started my day with this yummy breakfast. Guess
the oats was much right!!!; wrong, that
lot was actually just a small sachet of oats and raisins(150 cal).
The
yogurt was 71cal, egg 70cal while milk was 74cal. Not too high in cal, yet so
filling and packed with all the goodness I need.
